“Do I need to pay a deposit to place my order?”

  • To reserve your date and place your order, you’ll need to make a deposit. You can send your deposit and balance via Zelle or cash. 

“I’m curious, how much time in advance should I place my order?”

  • We need at least 7-14 business days before your event. We can only take a certain number of orders each weekend, so once we reach our limit, we won’t be able to take any more.

“Will my cookies look exactly like the picture I sent you?”

  • We’d love to replicate your inspiration picture, but we’ll also put our own creative twist on your cookies.

“Do you have a minimum order amount?

  • Yes, we do need a minimum of a dozen orders.

“How do I order?”

  • You can reach out to us through our ‘Contact’ us option on our website. Just keep in mind that we might need a bit more time to get back to you, especially on Fridays and Sundays since those are our busiest days. We’ll do our best to respond within 24 hours during the week and up to 48 hours on weekends. Thanks for understanding!” 

"How will my cookies be packaged?" 

  • All cookies are delivered in a container, and each cookie is individually bagged and heat-sealed to keep them fresh. If you want, we can add tags, ribbons, or any other packaging items for an extra fee. I’m happy to design those extra details for you too!

“Do you have a storefront location?”

  • No, we are a home-based food cottage bakery. Our kitchen is licensed and located in the Inland Empire.

“Allergen Info”

  • Our cookies are made in a home kitchen that also has food allergens. The decorated sugar cookies have dairy, eggs, wheat, and gluten. If you have any allergies, please let us know before ordering. Thanks!” 

“Do you always have cookies available?”

  • Not at the moment. Everything is custom-made to order. But there are some rare times when we have extra cookies or even give them away. We will send out an email if we have available cookies!

“Where and when can I pick up my order?” 

  • ***Locals only! I don’t ship - pickup only.***

  • I will be in contact with you the week your order is due, to discuss time and location of your pickup.
